If you venture too far down the road while in Thousand Oaks, you just may end up in Newbury Park... and that's not necessarily a bad thing. Newbury Park has its own selection of great, independent restaurants locally, and their food is just as good.

Being a smaller community, Newbury Park doesn't have as wide of a selection of independent restaurants, but the food is tremendous. Authentic Mexican food, great sushi, Cajun food, Chinese, Mediterranean cuisine - you name it, and they have it in Newbury Park.
